Acte final.
En conformité du paragraphe 3 de l'Acte
final de la Convention pour l'abolition des prohibitions et restrictions
à l'importation et à l'exportation, signé
à Genève le 8 novembre 1927, le Conseil de la Société
des Nations avait convoqué deux Conférences diplomatiques
qui se sont tenues à Genève du 14 au 16 mars 1928
et du 28 au 30 juin 1928.
Ces Conférences ont élaboré
et adopté l'Arrangement international relatif à
l'exportation des os, qui porte la date de ce jour, ainsi que
le Protocole annexé audit Arrangement.
Le Conseil de la Société des
Nations avait nommé aux fonctions de président de
la Conférence:
M. D. Serruys, Directeur
des Accords commerciaux au Ministère du Commerce de France,
président du Comité économique.
Les travaux du Secrétariat étaient
confiés à MM. Stoppani, Stencek et Smets, membres
de la Section économique et financière, assistés
de M. Arcoleo, membre de la Section juridique.

Final Act.
In conformity with paragraph 3 of the Final
Act of the Convention for the Abolition of Import and Export Prohibitions
and Restrictions, signed at Geneva on November 8th, 1927, the
Council of the League of Nations convened two Diplomatic Conferences,
which were held at Geneva from March 14th to 16th, 1928, and from
June 28th to 30th, 1928.
These Conferences drew up and adopted the International
Agreement relating to the Exportation of Bones of even date and
also the Protocol annexed thereto.
The Council of the League of Nations appointed
as President of the Conference:
